When you enquire, request an assessment or contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, vehicle details and the information in your message. We use this to respond, prepare estimates, arrange work and provide the service you requested.

Analytics cookies

If you select “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited and which enquiry actions are used. Analytics does not load when you select “Necessary only”. You can clear your browser storage to reset your choice.

Sharing and retention

Contact-form enquiries are stored in ClientFlo, our customer-management platform, and a notification containing your enquiry is sent to the Pi Motorsport team at info@pimotorsport.co.uk. Booking details are also processed through ClientFlo. We otherwise share information with service providers only where needed to run the website, manage enquiries and bookings, or meet legal obligations. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
