Who we are
Pi Motorsport is an exhaust fabrication and repair business based in Birmingham. For questions about your personal information, contact us at info@pimotorsport.co.uk.
Information you provide
When you enquire, request an assessment or contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, vehicle details and the information in your message. We use this to respond, prepare estimates, arrange work and provide the service you requested.
Analytics and advertising measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and enquiry activity, and Google Ads measures enquiries associated with advertising. You can choose these purposes separately. Optional Google measurement tags do not load when you choose “Necessary only”. Our website does not enable personalised advertising through these choices. You can change or withdraw your permission using the Cookie preferences button in the footer or .
We record activities such as telephone and WhatsApp link clicks, successful enquiry submissions and confirmed bookings where the booking system supplies a supported confirmation. Link clicks do not show whether a telephone call connected or a WhatsApp message was sent. Ordinary analytics events do not include the contents of your enquiry, name, email address, telephone number or vehicle registration.
Your preferences are stored in your browser. When optional measurement is allowed, short-lived enquiry references prevent the same confirmed action being counted twice, and campaign parameters can be passed to the booking or enquiry system to identify how you found us. Embedded booking and enquiry services process the information you choose to submit under their own essential service functions and privacy arrangements.
Instagram build films
Build-film previews are served by this website. An Instagram player connects to Meta only when you select “Load Instagram video”; opening a reel on Instagram also takes you to that service. Instagram may then receive connection information and use cookies under its own privacy arrangements. Closing the embedded player removes it from this page but does not delete cookies already set by Instagram. Your Google analytics and advertising preferences do not automatically load Instagram players.
Sharing and retention
Contact-form enquiries are stored in ClientFlo, our customer-management platform, and a notification containing your enquiry is sent to the Pi Motorsport team at info@pimotorsport.co.uk. Booking details are also processed through ClientFlo. We otherwise share information with service providers only where needed to run the website, manage enquiries and bookings, or meet legal obligations. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
