Sound control
Silencers, resonators and, where suitable, valves are chosen around cold start, acceleration and cruise.
Routing and support
Clearance, movement, joints and hangers are planned around the vehicle.
Finish
Tip style, alignment and rear-bumper position are agreed before final fitting.
Plan the complete system before fabrication
A full custom exhaust is more than connected pipework. The existing vehicle, retained components, intended use and desired sound determine the route and components. Pi Motorsport assesses these together before confirming a quotation.
The agreed scope states where the new system begins and ends. Any existing parts that must remain, including required emissions equipment, are identified before work starts.
Fabrication, fitting and handover
Material, diameter, bends, joints, silencers, resonators, mounts and tips are selected for the specific car. Fitment is checked for clearance, movement and service access as well as appearance.
At handover, the completed system is checked for alignment and leaks against the agreed brief. Timescale and price depend on the vehicle and specification and are confirmed by the workshop.
